Evaluation Report Settings

To access this screen:

  • Reserves ribbon >> Reserves >> Evaluate . Select the Report tab.

Use this screen to export reserves and schedule data to Excel, and automatically apply a template to format the data.

If a template file is not specified, or does not exist, data will still be exported to Excel and can be manually formatted afterwards. Please note that Datamine do not support any of the functions offered by the Microsoft Office suite of products.

Activity steps:

  1. Display the Evaluation Report Settings screen.

  2. Specify a Template File – enter the path and name of an Excel file (.xls, .xlsx or .xlst). This template file will be applied by Excel to the specified Report File .

  3. Specify a Report File – enter the path and name of the Excel file that will be generated and (optionally) formatted by a separate Template File .

  4. Enter a Sheet Name if you want to generate a worksheet in the specified Report File with a specific name.

  5. Select the Start Range, which is the cell at which data will be generated. Data will subsequently be generated in a left-right and top-bottom order.

  6. Use Clear Sheet to control existing sheet behaviour.

    1. If checked, existing sheet matching the above details will be cleared before new data is added,

    2. If unchecked, data will not be cleared first.
